I've bought a new Sporasub one 95 and there is an issue.
The shaft is straights, the barrel is straight (I have checked it).
But when engaged, the spear will not rest on the track but bend upwards due to the fact that the plastic part that holds the trigger mech is too high and put pressure on the shaft.
Is this a common issue for this gun?

Are you sure this is the plastic and not the line release trigger underneath the shaft? I have the same gun for 6 years and never an issue with it, however seen pictures and heard some stories about recalls.

I remember that this gun has no line release trigger under the shaft (like Omer guns have); I am not sure about that, I have already sent the gun back.
But I am sure it was the plastic underneath the shaft, that was to high.
