Sporasub Wetsuit sizing

I'm in a squeeze here, or rather...I might be in a squeeze.

I'm in a rush to order a suit. I'm looking at getting a Sporasub Team Italia 3mm wetsuit. The only problem is that the sizes are a little bigger and a little smaller than I need.

The large size is made for people 6' at 180+/- lbs.

The extra large is made for people 6'2" at 200 +/- lbs.

I weigh in at a bit over 200 lbs. but stand at 5'11"

What size should I get?

Seriously, check the prices and think about it.
A 5mm that is illfitting might be colder than a custom 3mm.

And what type of suit do you own?

Custom size 3mm Elios open cell with some kind of nylon exterior.
I'm not sure if open cell is preferable over some linning though (gold/black/etc.) regarding the hassle wearing it and the longevity of the suit.

It's just that (apnea) suits are supposed to work best under the principle of having barely any water moving between you and the suit while giving you maximal flexibility (for a suit that is, except maybe a thriathlon suit which isn't as warm I recon).

And the prices are not so bad as well.
