hi everyone,
i've done a lot of snorkelling and angling but have never done any spearfishng in my life. im going to carfai bay in st davids in a few weeks, does anyone know if there are some good spearfishing sites round there for beginners?

hey all, managed to get in yesterday at a new spot just up the coast from carfai, the vis was the best iv ever seen it, got really excited as iv caught bass and mullet at this spot off the boat and netting, but allas didnt see any fish over 4 inches!!, so had a good scope of the area hoping to get back in this weekend!!
