Hello,

This summer try to freediving first time in my life and happends something beautiful. I really enjoy in the sea. In start for me its a problem dive to 10 meters [equalization problem] but the end of week dive more than 25 metres without problem. I try also static apnea and its about 3 and half minute. Im not hypoxic but i dont know why i "go up" after 3 minute.:ban

Im 31 year old, what you think its too late for start freediving and training for competition? [i dont do any sport for lot of years] and what did you propose me for training in winter? I dont live near the sea.Write some training tips for beginner?

Thank You

Definitely not too late. You will at least need a competent buddy to train but it's much better if you join a freediving club.

Good luck!

it increases your bodys Tolerance to co2 and after you have progressed with the walks you can start jogging, press ups, skipping etc.
