okay so like 2 months ago or i said id get back into shape. joining a club didnt quite work... but i definately gt my times back up. i did 4 minutes last night. anyhow normaly i get my contractions at like 1:30. now im not getting them till 2:30. much nicer, also ive noticed i treat my contractions like my heart beat. i want them to be at minimal, otherwise i feel panicked, so now i do this. i fight the swell of the upcoming contraction as best as i can. generaly there a 15-20 second pause between them rather then the 5 second i had when i was relaxed. now i see i spend so much time on them, i say 'oh only 10 contractions so far... so much left to go... wait a second! im almost at 4 minutes! that preocupation takes up so much time, the whole session flies by.

try it -Matt
