I trained almost daily CO2 tables & O2 tables. I made quick progress from 3:30 to 4:20 min dry training. In water I reached 5:00 min first time. This is 4 weeks ago.
Since then my performance dropped. Last Friday I hardly reached 3:30 in the water.
This is very frustrating as I have a competition in one week.
Is it possible to overtrain with STA tables? It does not feel exhausting and I wonder what exactly is overtrained then as I do not use muscles here.
Does other trainings ( f.e. Swimming) also affects my Static performance?
How often do you train Static tables per week? How long do you rest ?
