I want to use my treadmill to do Apnea walking training. What's a good way to do this so It will actually help in my training and should I do it before I do my cardio workout or after?

The schedule I want to setup goes something like this: Cardio 7 days a week which includes an hour on road or mountain at a brisk pace each day. Do apnea walking on monday wednesday and friday probly 5-10 breath hold each day. On tuesday and thursday I would do just regular static breaths to work on my max time. ON the weekends do my actually diving, after getting off work there is not enough day light to dive during the week.

After I can really start on this schedule I have to say that for the pass two years or more I let my fitness go down hill alittle. I maybe I should work on cardio for about a month so my body can get back in teh groove. After doing this should then start on including apnea traing in with my cardio workout?

I have this trip to Hawaii planned for May and it really start a fire under my but to get back where I was with my fitness and my diving. What are your ideas and opinions and how to ago about getting this together?
