hello all,
I've been doing researching for a while on your wonderful forum. I can remember a time when my pb was 1:00, and I knew nothing about the physiology of freediving. Compared to all the other forums I have visited, this is the most intelligent, helpful and interesting I have seen. I thank everyone here who has helped to 'deepen' our body of knowledge and increase both the safety and enjoyment of this sport.

After searching past fourms, I found a request for static training programs. I have been experimenting with them for a few years. To help everyone with their statics, I have created a simple practice program that runs on any windows pc. The first one I made was in qbasic, which had several disadvantages. This new program is freeware that I created using Delphi 6. These programs have helped me improve my pb to 3:30.

Most of the program is self-explanatory. The 'random' button averages the last 4 times and suggests a new one which is usually higher. Be aware that it has bugs, so please be patient. I hope to allow the user to create, save and reopen practice files. Times will be indicated by sucessful and non-sucessful shapes on the graph, in different colors according to the day and time. I would appreciate any other suggestions.

To open the program, just change the extension from .zip to .exe.

Happy Statics!
