I recieved my mono the other day, and have been taking it to regular pool sessions. Not really concentrating on apnea, more on the technique.

Its a hard stiffness Sebak Dolphin Carbon. Being stiff, its very hard for me to keep my knees straight and display propper technique. Does anyone have any exersises, tips, or drills to help me keep my knees straight?

Congrats on your new purchase. I didn't know Sebak was still in business:confused: Any pics?

Sebak/Specialfins. Same thing to me :)

Ill get some nice pics of me and the mono as soon as I can! But beware, ill be partially neked :D

Oohh an X-rated thread...:t

Great! I was just thinking about this mono, and I'm looking forward to your review...how is the comfort factor? What made you buy the hard stiffness?

Hi,

You need to do stacks of squats, ham and quad curls in the gym. Cycling helps but only power work. Put strength into your quads (making sure that you balance your hamstrings) and you will be able to control your legs. The strength is not there to help you kick better but to help you control the fin more.

All the best,

Alaric
