Has anyone ever strained their diaphragm, I was doing alot of diaphragm stretches and negative pressure dives, and for about two weeks my diaphragm has been so sore I can barely dive. Someone told my you can herniate the diaphragm. Anyone ever heard of anything like that?

Thanks,
Michael.

I suspect that is more consistant with a lung squeeze type injury but I don't know much about them.

Look up hernias. There are MANY different kinda and there are quite a few that can occur in that general area.

Sometimes I wonder if I myself have one because under certain conditions I can hear tissue inside my chest moving around when I breathe.
