hey crew,
been a while, i have recently been trying to get my dynamics back up to scratch but have been experiencing some strange things. just a bit of a background i used prodomently dive only on frc. For the last 6 months i have very fustratingly trying to get better results in dynamic. however have only made a very little advance. Currently im doing around 125m on full inhale and 100m on FRC.
i do no warm up dives for my dynamics, almost no breathing up before. The first 50m is easy make the turn then as i approach the 75m mark i feel almost like an urge to breathe but not. I turn at 100m still experiencing no contractions then as my legs get lactic i get a nausiating feeling which is my low O2 sympton if i dont come up i samba. Its getting real annoying atm im starting to think that my very physical job might be playing a part. As a reference im capable of doing 3 min plus FRC dives to over 20m and i can add another minute on those times if i inhale. Just seem to struggle in the pool. Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Ktreloar
