Thanks to all who posted on my question of which fin to buy. I ordered the waterway nemo #2 stiffness. I have been doing some pool exercises with some rubber fins (most of you recommenced this) and found my thighs and lower back are very tight. are there any specific stretching that will help?
Thanks

kind of hard to describe streches on a thread, the pelizzari book manual of freediving has some in it, if you take a freediving course they will show you some but other than pack stretching its all pretty standard stuff, otherwise there are endless books on strching out there, yogo is good too. If I remember correctly www.freediveparadise.com had posted some youtube videos of thier training including some streching, I stretch about a half hour a day and I get deep tissue massages once a month now.
