Stretching footpockets

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

I have a Europalmus mono with mat-mas footpockets... size 34-37.
the 38+ size is far too big...

The footpockets are a tad tight....after half an hour of training i have to take them off...

Any suggestions for stretching them a couple of mm?
 
Sounds a bit naff but how about one of those shoe stretching widgets and a hair drier?
