SUBAL housing for Canon SLR - any owners here? need advice

I am looking for someone who used SUBAL housing before. I just got used one and have few concerns.
I would like to ask few questions, especially regarding dome mount (mine feels like there is very little tension while twisting it to CLOSE position)

I got the blue one, model 1997 but it seems like O-rings and dome ports didn't change much since then

Subal customer service is silent, please help if You know these housings,

any info highly appreciated
