subprof.com poor customer service

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Only problem with DiveInn/Whatever-Inn/Scubastore is you can't be in a hurry, they shure take their good time to deliver, but other than that I have only good experiences from buying stuff from them (about 6-7 purchases so far). I've also had them deliver to my home and also to travel destinations without problems.

Reactions: kokaleros
Another bad experience from Greece. I made the order (4 items) on Thursday 22/02 (total cost 350€). So far, no update on the order, they do not reply to my emails and their phone numbers are not working at all (tried to call them several times).
The 48 hours delivery is just a joke I guess...
Is there anybody from Spain who could help? I would like to have a full refund. My next move will be to contact my bank and try to cancel the payment.

Be careful when you buy from these guys, there is no customer support at all!

Ah Jesus I have just ordered a reel from them (subprof) Can't afford to get much older or else I would have been better off ordering a Zimmer frame!!!!!!!!!!!!

DiveInn also use domain scubastore.com
I ordered a few things from there (about 10 shipping items to Montenegro) and everything was fine. The Italian one use domain planetdivestore.com (I didn't have any experience with them).
