Was diving fairly deep for a long day of diving (60-80ft). I had a little blood in my nose at the end of the day and stopped. Now every dive I’m battling sqeaking and can’t eq in left ear. Last time I went I had vertigo for days. Dr said I had an infection and wax. I took off 2.5 months and first time back can’t get past 20 feet. Any insight/ advise?

Suddenly can’t equalize after pushing through sinus pain.

Sounds like you pushed too hard and now are faced with a long term inflammation problem that persists even when there has been plenty of time for it to dissipate.
You might get relief by takng a very long time off, 6 months to a year. Alternatively a short series of cortizone pills is likely to work. See your doc. Worked for me.

Man, that's really frustrating — ear problems can completely take the fun out of diving. A little blood after a deep day usually means something got irritated, and when that happens it can take way longer than you’d expect for things to feel normal again. The squeaking, trouble equalizing, and the vertigo afterwards all point to your ear still not being fully healed, even if the infection and wax were cleared up. @cdavis said It's for the very best to see a doctor about the ear problem.

Don't forget to clear your nose :- before your first go down
- after your first return to the surface
- and frequently during your session
