Hello every 1, today I went out with a friend to shoot some fish & test some equipment. The weather was great but we where in some murky ass water .

Boom we hit the place, all the Cubera snappers are there chilling, get ready I'm the 1st one in the water. Boom see a bunch of them and liked 1 in particular shoot hit it :hungover & that was the end of that 1.

My RA is bad ass I mean I cant say enough good things about it now with the open muzzle. I had to take 1 band off! I found it quite unecessary for the type of hunting I was doing. The fishes never got stuck on my shaft, all line my whole shaft went through them before it came to a stop. I wasn't close either.

Conclusion 17.5 inch cubera with another around 14-17 & 5-6 cubaras around 12-13 inch

We also broke down and had to row over a mile to get to the dock! :vangry

FINALLY MAN!!! WTG:martial, nice mangos, sorry to hear about that unforseen row-a-thon, water has been kinda murky and fish are scarce (kinda weird) as of late, where abouts in Key Biscayne were you huntin'

hmmm let me guess:naughty

je je yeah bro thanks ! I was like damn finally I got a chance to try my toys out. Dude I saw some shit @ the ramp 2day, I swear man bad luck just fallows me to the ramp.

Some dude's boat a big 1 with twin engines came unhitched and it started rolling down the ramp. No lie bro! ... yeah his engines stop the boat cuz the front part went all the way up. Yeah got 2 see it 2 believe it.

oh yeah about those spots... :naughty ahahah look those aren't even my spots so I really can't say much but I'll guide in you in the rite direction.

Diner-key hit a rightand you see all those boats there well hit a right and along those walls you will see fishes that big. Hope's this helps dive @ your own risk you know how things are here.

dude those sound like my tio pepe directions to hialeahrofl

Nice catch bro you're fishing in my area, kewl. Love launching off 27th its cheaper and you can still get to the key by there. NICE catch!!!

Oh you mean the Coconut Grove Marine "Dinner Key" on 27th Ave. Oye brode that marina sucks morronga. Small as hell I like the floor though, But I guaranteed that it get's really really packed since it lacks space. Don't get me wrong so do most of the Miami Marinas.

As far as cheaper what you mean the guys selling the tickets on the side? It's more expensive if you want to hit elliot from that marina I personally never take my boat there unless I plan to fish up north or something

Oh no I don't fish the weekends and yeah its cheaper than the key. Its also a str8 shot from my house which is great. You launch @ matheson and blk pnt im guessing... Thats cool if you fish south. How much is it to launch off matheson?

Dude I don't launch my boat @ matheson. But It's all the same price because all these marinas belong to the County. There fore they should by law all have the same price.

Last year fare was $10 not it's $12 :vangry. I usually go to black point & I will start considering homestead. All my fishing spots are down here so It's much better if I find the closest marina to Elliot key. Generally speaking those two are the best.

oh ok you live south...damn thats cool, you should have told me that!!! the tolls though...thats what makes the diff...

the tolls though...thats what makes the diff...

yeah those tolls be hurtin' in the key...which just went from $10 to $12:head...Its $10 at the Miami Outboard Club, and no tolls...DK works too, its been years since I head out thru BP how much time to get to Elliot:confused:

take US-1 it's not hectic in the mournings man, if you are close to the grove why would catch the 826 to get on I-95 so basically the toll would be out of question for me @ least.

It takes me 8-12 minutes to Elliot key perhaps less or more depending on speed & mood.

8-12 minutes is pretty quick... I haven't been out of BP in a while either. If our destination is Eliot I think we may go that route, if we take the skiffer that is haha

ahaha ! lol Dudes it's only 7.3 miles! After you exit the channel if you use the formula
T= D/S. Where D = 7.3 miles & S= 40MPH aprox then t= 10.95 so technically speaking Steel on the run&gun @ 55MPH you would make it in almost 8min.

Also I ment Sand cut even though for me Elliot Key is less thank 2 blocks from that since I cut through it rofl@ almost full speed :t

PS: Don't underestimate the power of the MERC! there not #1 in the water for no reason !
