Hey guys,
I was just wondering if any of you can feel your heartbeat when sedentary? Mine is so strong it can be felt from my chest to my arms to my fingers, legs, toes, etc. Really a weird feeling. Sometimes it can be seen pulsing through my body, or in the brachial artery under my bicep. After packing my heart can clearly be seen beating just under my sternum (cool party trick. ). Anyone know if this is a symptom of freediving, athleticism, or even heart disease?
I am a 19 year old male, and I am in excellent shape, I eat well, and have no history of heart disease. I stay very active, mostly anarobic activity, at least 3 times a week, with relatively normal blood pressure (120/90).
Any theories are welcome. I am not seriously concerned, mainly just curious.
Anyone?
