me with Mosquito and I know other guy with D3. Repairable by Suunto but a bit expensive.Does anyone has experience like that? Do you think it is repairable?
I haven't been to depth since the button broke (firts the half, now the whole plastic part is missing). When I broke the plastic button, it worked OK for another dozen diving days, then it leaked and self destructed. I wonder if pushing on the stem caused the leak. Either push it in too far or sideways enough to break the o-ring seal.
The buttons of my Mosquito are still intact, but the depth sensor stopped to work. Does anyone of you know where the opening for the sensor is? I want to make sure it is not congested. I see five small holes on the back of the watch, but I am not sure if it not just for the alarm membrane. Or is the depth sensor opening under one of the buttons?
