Hi,

Suunto´s site seems to be out of service. I´m looking for the last version of it´s Dive Manager for Windows XP. Can any body help me?

Sigi....

Thanks Frank,

I didin´t know that the realeased the 2.3 version.... It is kind of cool...

See you....

Another SDM related question - i'm using version 2.1.3 and I noticed that the log saves to C:\Program Files\SDM\Logbooks.

This directory doesn't get backed up on my laptop, does anyone know how to change it to another directory? There doesn't seem to be a "save as" function in the software.

Cheers,
Ben

You have plenty of possibilities: besides using the backup function of the Dive Manger, you can add the file or the entire dir to your backup configuration, you modify the DM shortcut properties to copy the file to your Documents on closing, you can add a scheduled task, you can change the DM working dir, etc, etc.

However, probably the easiest is simply moving the Divelogs.SDE file to your Documents folder, or the desktop and associating the SDE extension with DM.exe (double click it and in the menu select then the DM.exe by browsing in your Program Files dir). Now you can start the DM by double-clicking the SDE file on your Desktop (or in Documents, Favorites, Quick Launch bar, or the Start menu - wherever you put it).
