This is really cool:
http://www.scubadiving.com/feature/news/111902aqualungtradein.shtml

"Starting Nov. 15, 2002, divers can bring in ANY brand of dive computer, working or not, to an authorized
Aqua Lung dealer and receive a cash discount off the purchase of one of five Suunto computers.
Participants will receive $100 off the purchase of a new Vytec, Stinger, Cobra or Vyper in any
configuration or $75 off a Mosquito. "Aqua Lung and Suunto are very excited to kick off this program"
states Jim Clymer, Instrumentation Product Manager for Aqua Lung America. "Suunto makes the highest
quality, feature-rich dive computers available and Suunto's wrist-top technology is unsurpassed. This
trade-in program gives consumers the opportunity to get the computer they've always wanted,
especially right before the holidays".

I have tons of old dive computers, and finally they have some use!

Finally that dead apneist will do some good.

hi

Eric sounds like you have to many dive computers. I recieved my first today its a Casio wrist watch with a depth thing and bottom time thing. Dying to use it. Ill probably miss fish next time I go out cos I will be looking at the watch checking my depth all the time.

cheers

Eric - I seem to remember a photo of you with 2 Stingers strapped to your arm. How many more do you need?

Mine was 485 Euros here in Italy - let me know if I can help you get one Ben...

Stingers

Re: Photo with two stingers

One stinger was Kirk Krack's, the other was mine, which was stolen along with my friend's D3 and my MP3 watch.

My apneist is dead, my aqualand graph was sold, my promaster aqualand has a dead battery which isn't user changeable, I have a non-functioning D3 prototype, etc...
