Sven needs a D3!!

This is a plea to my DB brethren over in Euro-land.

I'm trying to purchase a Sunnto D3, orange with the neoprene/velcro strap. I've been told this is a Europe only item, not for export to the US. Huh? I've seen 'em on ebay, but the place won't return my mail asking about warranties and software.

Anybody, euro or not that can hook me up with the link or address of where I can pick one of these up, you got reputation points coming. :king

Well, there are plenty places selling D3, listed on Froogle, and also on eBay it is often available.

I got my (blue) D3 and strap from clorders.com but the prices seem to have shot up

I'm selling one in NZ. On trademe.
Bought it in the states. You kinda have to give up the warranty for the best deals. They say that the manufacturers will up hold the warranty if you say it was a gift. Has anyone done this and been successful?

Does chlorine harm a D3 - anyone using it in pool? Can you do something with it in the pool?
How resistant is it and how long does the battery hold? I've heard that many have problems with the battery and it needs to be replaced.

The DB shop sells blue ones with elastomer straps. Why don't you just drop them a line? They usually are very helpful and it seems that they have free shipping for computers.

Thanks to all. I ended up going on Froogle to some place called ewatch or something and picked up the one I wanted- orange with the neopren/velcro strap for the right price and they're sending it 2nd day air for free. Smooth.
