Hi all
I´ve seen in many freediving training programs the hypoxic pyramid (or CFB controlled frequency breathing) swimming workout, consisting of crawl swimming and breathing every 5th stroke for a distance, lets say 100m, then 100m every 7th stroke,, then 100m every 9th stroke and back to every 7th and back to every 5th. Does anybody know what is the purpose of this workout?
