Dear All,

I'm a beginner in spearfishing and apnea but I'm learning at a steady pace.

What I want is to get back in shape as these last couple of years I accumulated 25kgs!!!

I love the sea and water and want to swim as much as I can, so I decided to subscribe to swimming pool subscription for a year or so.

My question is this: If I swim 3 times a week for an hour each day, will the swimming (if done well) really burn off my accumulated fat?

As this will help in my apnea and spearfishing technique.

Thanks to all
