I'm having some trouble finding static training tables. Help? :duh
(are there any Dynamic tables?)

I dont know if there are any Dynamic tables, but make some up. Do a 25m, rest 3 minutes, try 50, rest 3 minutes, 50 again, rest, 25, rest, 25, make up a pattern of rests and distances, within your limits. Static tables, you can do a 2min breathe-up, hold for 2 min, 1:45 breathe-up, hold for 2min, 1:30 breathe-up, hold for 2min, on down to a 15 second breathe-up, still holding to 2 minutes. OR, I just finished with this one as I write this, (got a new pb afterwards too, 4:53 up from 4:35) 2 minutes breathe-up, 2 minute hold, 2 minutes breathe-up, 2:30 hold, and just keep going. Good luck!
