i have been looking at water temperatures and air temps in Hawaii...

i am getting that average water temperature is 74 degrees F. (23.3 C) right now (winter) and the air temps is about 73 °F / 23 °C and Overcast.. is that about right?

Looks like i'll need to take winter woolies!

Who else is going to the PFD in Febuary?

Temp sounds right. Where you'll dive it gets below 24 a few times each year and every time there is a heavy rain. Wind and sun are more important than air temp. At night, especially at altitude, you might consider a little anti-freeze in your system.
Looks like I may get to meet some 'famous' divers from DB.

Famous divers eh? I think it's the other way around rofl

Cant wait Bill - first time in Hawaii!

With temps both in the water and out in the 70's, you know this guy is going to be wearing considerably less!! Though I doubt this last few weeks of being laid up has helped my beltline...:head

I've arranged to meet up with Deron there as well Bill, :king and getting together with you as well would certainly be a highlight! I'll forward my itinerary to your email address.

The water temp the past couple of days has registered 27c - 80f on my D3and we haven't had much rain. Don't know if that'll hold until next month though.
