Terminology?

Hi guys,

Was browsing through the forums, ended up in one of the more...explicit threads (Can't even remember how!) with people talking about contractions causing *PG21*. I'd never heard of contractions during breath hold, so no idea what they were. So basically, I thought it might be a good idea to have a thread dedicated to words/terminology (couldn't find an existing one), so the less experienced divers like myself have a quick dictionary-style reference thread.
Maybe some of you more experienced members could think up some freediving specific terms to start off? I thought about dong it myself, but no idea where to begin!!!
