This past January I purchased an Omer Simbio Camu freedive wetsuit on E-Bay. I waited until April to try it out as I had another suit I was using. Upon my first use, the seam around the ankle seal tore clean through about 2" long. Upon further inspection, I noticed numerous small tears inside the suit. I did the ankle repair and went out again. This time the front thigh portion split like butter while I was walking to the dock. I contact Omer Repair and Service and was told the Simbio wetsuits had problems with tearing and thus were discontinued. Since I purchased from E bay (the seller, diver8, told me he could not refund my money), Craig(?) at Omer sent me a new Simbio top (they did noit have any pants) and a new pair of Omer camo pants for $150! Needless to say, I have been wearing the pants and my previous Simbio top spearfishing. The new simbio top tore through in a spot-pretty big tear too. Anyways, the simbio is now a disontinued product but the camo pants are tough and work great. I want to thank the folks at Omer Repair and Service for being so generous and helpful.
