Alimentation before and during a comp is an important subject ; concentrating on the beverage, what do you drink most the day before the comp and during the comp ?

Personnaly I discovered a fantastic drink : Vittel Energy Plus (75 cl bottle) which is at the same time tasty and energizing and I feel I can drink of ot without limits (which is not the case with orange juice...)

I tried another drink Powerade but I don't like it... too sugary for me and a little bit disgusting...
