Friends, i wanna buy a fin .i mean soft food pocket and perfect blades and also good performance in the current.i have black team/picasso, it is very heavy and it is killing me coming back to the sea shore. what should you prefer to use maximum for -20meters down?

Why don't you try the Gara's ? they have standard and soft blade models and are perfect for what you are looking for.
Aguas claras...

If you have a hard time surface swimming against the current go for the Soft Garas 3000 - they will be enough for 20 meters and more comfortable than the regular Gara 3000 which are great for deeper diving but stiff for surface swimming unless you have strong ankles. I've just changed to Carbontek fins, alot softer but being carbon they give you a great impulse. If you have the money go for C4s or carbontek. (www.carbontek.net) It's in Spanish but you can write to them to see if they have a distributor near Turkey.

Nice new avatar Adrian. The link you posted doesn't work for me. Tried tek instead of tec at the end but got something else that's none-the-less pretty though.

Thanks Michael,
Thats coral at Anegada Island in the British Virgin Islands, at least that's what it looked like in 1968! I've fixed the link.

I swim against current almost every dive... and I have omer millenium black.. very soft blade and perfect for swimming against current.. but above fins I would recoment switching finning technique.. try dophin on your side.. (the snorkel side up) frog.. and variations of those all on your way.. surface swimming.. I have done sometimes such a long dives out to sea that once coast guard came to rescue me.. often in the beginning of the season I feel sick in the end.. I am so tired of swimming when I finnish my session.. often gag up some goo..

My 2c

Pekka

Thanks friends and pekka
i ll check omer millenium and cressi gara . i sometimes enter water at 9:00 am till 9:00 pm . i am a bit crayz going to far turning back killing me with black team. it is like a stone coming from my back. i want around 100€.

Apart from the economy options you can build up a nice current fin with spora foot pockets and a pair of S or MS xxone blades. Yes its a little pricy but also they are really good for deep dives.

Thanks memo
I will ask to the seller. Can you tell me which blade long is good in current?. Around 50-60cm or shorter?

I think that OMER has a new short BAT fin for spearfishing in current and waves. Did anyone try it ?
