No, not really. No welcome and no nice post. It is just a spammer selling Viagra through a link in his profile (to astermeds dot com). Usual technique of spammers to increase the ranking of their websites by posting their links in hundreds of unrelated forums.

Moderators please clear and remove his account. Perhaps it would be a good measure to limit the number of such spammers by banning any links in posts, signatures, and profiles of new members.
 
Looks like somebody already banned him & deleted his post. I just finalized the deletion. Well spotted, thanks ;)
