nothing at too great a distance...one spearlength maby?...its a cannon. old. Since I've been shooting it around 8 years now I've gotten used to it. I may end up putting a track on it soon though.

that is the barrel I was looking for a new trigger/handle for.

where do you go to spear in South Carolina. I live in North Georgia I love to dive in a lake called Joacassee -sp. in northwestern part of SC. I could never get a straight answer from Rangers on spearing in state. Freshwater spearing is always fun when you can't make to the ocean!

We're gonna start taking trips to Jocassee every 3 weeks soon. You're more then welcome to meet us there. It's mainly because of the great clarity in the lake (over 30' most of the time). It's more to work on diving deeper, but I dont dive w/out a gun in hand.

PM or email me.

So I'm guessing you can spear in that lake then, all this time and I've been leaving my gun in the Jeep. Are you bring your boat with you and is Chris planning on coming to? IF you bring your boat we can go dive the wall. I really need to work on diving deep again. I don't have a dive buddy anymore for spotting duty.
I always get some strange looks from the scuba people with my long ass fins and camo suit on!!! They don't even reply back to you when you say hi when meet them bobbing around on the surface!!!

I guessing you've been there a few time then?
