Hey, when you're taking in your last breathe before a hold, how should you do it? Should you just suck in air until you can't hold anymore, or just take a comfortabl deep breathe?

Different things suit different people - some people take a comfortable deep breath, while others, like me, try to get in as much as possible!

For me, it depends what I am doing. If I am doing dynamics, I take a normal deep breath, but if I am doing long statics I take a bit more.

It might be better to start with a comfortable deep breath and see how things go.

Try fast and a few packs. That will let you fill up using less energy and establish a pattern/rhythm.
