Anyone out there that can give me advice on spearing the fleet? Always dirty muddy when i've been there. Help with good tides, access etc.

Cheers peoples!:martial

erm best advice is DON'T spear in the fleet, especially if your after bass!! The fleet is official/un-official (depending on who you talk to) nursey for bass and maybe not the best place to be seen coming out of the water with a string of fish...

Ditto with Flyflicker, you’ll also get a lot of dive ribs coming in and out from the scuba centre beneath the Ferry Bridge pub, best to just leave the Fleet to the mud and boats.

Sound advice from the local boys. Pays to listen.

There have never been any big bass in the Fleet anyway (eh! Colin) .

Dave.
