We just returned from a Diving for a Cause trip to New Zealand. Everyone will agree that this trip was unbelievable. Combined, the divers took over 1.200 pounds of fish fillets, all of which was donated to the Mauri, who are decendents of the original inhabitants. Nothing was wasted, not even the skeletal remains. Juan Palma from Mexico used his FRV Mark II final prototype to nail some large Yellowtail (know as Kingfish in New Zealand.) We dove with California expatriate Joe Burke who spends his time commercial abalone fishing when he is not leading supberb fish charters.

The Mark II will be available mid next month for $1,100 for the first 50 orders.

as a happy owner of the Mk1 I can vouch for this vest. I have used it almost every spearing dive now for 2 years and it is completely "lost" into the background when I am diving, and the peace of mind invaluable. I have been quite sloppy at maintenance (just a quick rinse with the hose pipe and leave to dry in shade) and have no failures or problems. Only 1 inflation so far, my fault, down too long. 0 accidental inflation.

no commercial connection here, I paid the regular full price for mine, just a happy customer wishing to endorse a great product.
