Wow thats what I like to see a bit of innovation!
I cant imagine how they are going to balance the guns weight & actually keep the weight down to an acceptable level?
The underlever system has been is use for 100 years on air riffle designs, perhaps they have used some type of nylon or other man made lightweight material to operate the mechanism?
I doubt if one sweep of the lever would give much power but exciting stuff, just to see something different gets my vote!

From the animation it takes 3 or 4 pushes of the underlever, which looks very like the one in my Pro Sport btw, to fully load the bands via a ratchet mech.

They're roller bands too, so you'll like that Mart!

Looks to me like the fairt part of the barrel is pretty chunky, no doubt to provide support for the lever mech but probably for bouyancy too. Will affect tracking though.

The size of the forward part holding the muzzle is pretty small, would guess it'd have to be carbon to have the required strength.

Also note they show two triggers in the housing? Maybe one to release the loading ratchet mech?

GOod find Ihab!

That is an interesting design & website. Too many moving parts for my tastes. Any idea why it has two triggers?
