The move to DeeperBlue.com

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Hi everyone,

We've just completed the first step in moving our websites over to the new DeeperBlue.com domain.

After 12 years of trying to obtain the DeeperBlue.com domain we have finally acquired it and are moving our sites over to the new domain.

Over the coming few weeks you'll start to see more of the DeeperBlue sites make a move over to the new domain. The way the sites are being setup means that you'll be able to hit any of the old URL's or links and still be taken to the right URL on the new domain.

NOTE ABOUT BEING LOGGED IN: As part of the move you will find you're cookies no longer work and hence you may need to log in again. We'll be sending an email to everyone in due course describing how to recover lost passwords if you find yourself unable to log in again or have forgotten you password.

If you spot anything not working please post in this thread!

I think I've been DeeperBlue.com'd! Had to login twice tonight & some things didn't work for about 10 minutes. Pretty smooth considering though.

Same as Mr X

I was logged in and when i checked my pm box i had to log on again.
 
I've added some more detail into the original post. Essentially some people will experience problems with their computer not automatically logging into the site due to the way the cookies (little files on your computer that store details of the websites you visit) work across domains.
 
Quick lets go quick before Jay finds out where the new site is, it will stop us having to x rate it lol
 
well as long as there are going to be cookies there too then i'll go as I am rather partial to a cookie or two.
