I wonder if there is any material evidence so that we can recognize the official title too

The first week of November, Sara compounded this success with Double Gold at the Individual Free diving World Championships. Here, Campbell stormed to victory with a clean -88 metre dive in the Constant Weight discipline (descending and ascending on one breath using only a monofin for propulsion), and a -60 metre depth in the No Fins discipline, the first time a British freediver has achieved this in either category.

Still, fantastic to hear of a freediver picking up a new sponsor, and even better to hear that nudity is involved.

Sorry if this is bothersome, but does it report that she has the registration for the trademark? Or is it just being put forth as a moniker?

She probably not, but the sponsor The Naked Company, may indeed have registered it. That's my personal guess though only - I did not see it written anywhere, but bigger corporations often register their product names and slogans to prevent that their competitors from re-using them, so I would not be surprised at all if it was the case here too.
