While I was sitting practicing dry pack, I got dizzy as usual, this time with no reasons I applied the root lock, and it appeared to help gaining conscious.

So I'm suspecting the root lock might help fighting SWB/Samba. Like, apply it, right before reaching surface, or when the tunnel vision starts or anytime dizziness occurs.

The root lock is that yoga anus contraction thing. It might help sending blood back to the head.

Strange.

Interesting.

No wonder I've never passed-out during a run in with a big shark...

My body does a spontaneous "root lock" whenever I encounter a Great White....
