My sister joined me on a trip to Grand Cayman. She got a wild ideal and went next door to her brand new neighbors house whom she hasn't even met yet and took one of their garden Gnomes. She took it at 4:00 am in the morning and left a small sign stuck in the ground saying "Gone on vacation, be back in a week with photo's" We took pictures of it on the plane, beach, and in various compromising positions. Once she returned from Grand Cayman, she placed the Gnome on the front door mat with a packet of pictures. Here are a few of the good ones. LOL She has never told them it was her that took the Gnome yet, but I'm sure once they get introduced the subject will come up.

That brought a big smile to my face! How fun that must have been :)

We had laughs all week with that Gnome. I just wonder what her neighbors thought when the Gnome showed back up with all the vacation photo's. They are an older couple, hopefully they have a sense of humor. LOL

I hope so. How would that be, if her neighbors took gnomes too seriously?

and dare i say it---------------How Gnomadicroflroflrofl:blackeye Shame on me.

This happened to one of the people i work with. They experienced a gnome-napping.

that is going to be one awkward introduction if you bring that up ;)

What a great idea! I also hope they have a sense of humor! Jut tel your sister not to give them any more samples of her handwriting for invites, etc, if you don't want to bring the subject up.

Awww come on! Just go over, get introduced and tell them! You included pics and it's all a scream. :friday

Even better tell them top join db & we can all have a laugh together.
