A massive congratulations to the awesome threesome of Liv, Mandy and George . 3 New UK records in one day by three amazing women! Liv captures the dynamic record (no fins) with 106m, Mandy flippered her way to a new dynamic record of 140m and George did nothing for 5min45 seconds - a new static record!!

Hi Ben. I won my first competition! It was a great day and i learnt so much. Martin yoda turtle done an amazing dnf and beat his p.b massively. William was also fantastic to watch. S.P went slightly wrong for him though. The girls were awesome! Im so happy with my result and cant wait now to improve on my nerves.

So how about somebody post some results?? Liv - you sober yet? I still remember the awesome goat curry at the pub last year and a few Magners, such a fun night. And then Liv stuck a flower up my nose and it all went downhill...

I will be taking the camberwell rabbit (now named floppy the rampant rabbit) and his trusty carrot everywhere i go. I will fight furiously against anyone who tries to take it! He is in my kitchen and i have bought him a special toilet roll to put on his carrot.
