Yep!!! Traffic is a MAJOR issue in Dubai! We are opening another office in Dubai next year. the allocation is one parking spot for every 750sqft. We have 9500 sqft of office :head

and there is no other parking space available in the vicinity... so where will 37 employees plus visitors park? :duh

phallic, phallic. There is a town here in Tuscany where during the 13th century (notoriusly the pinnacle of civilization) the wealthiest families challenged each other to build the highest tower. The challenge stopped when they realized that, being the town built on and around a hill, the families living on the top of it had an unmatchable technical advantage to get their towers look higher....
