Back in 2006 My daughter and I went to Telegraph Cove, British Columbia and dove with the likes of Peter Scott and Eric Fattah. I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing experience it was. Eric gave an F1 freediving gauge to each of us. It set the standard for me - as did Pete and Eric. I'd never seen monofins before - let alone the F1.

Since then the F1 has evolved into the X1 - a high-end scuba gauge which handles freediving as well - and the Xen - A simpler and more affordable gauge, with a more advanced display, that blows the doors off anything currently available to freedivers.
The freediving software is still work-in-progress - but I gotta tell: this thing is awesome.

You do not even have to look to see depth and time - the display is superior to anything currently available and will register accurately in your peripheral vision.

Instead of elaborating I'll just point you to the site Liquivision : Freediving : Xen

I've been using this puppy for awhile - and, for the record, I paid full-price and am not affiliated with Liquivision. In other words: If I thought it sucked - you would not hear about it from me.

It DOES NOT SUCK - IT RULES!!
