Cornish police have appealed for information after thieves stole diving equipment, including a faulty item of kit, from a shed in Shute Meadow, Penryn.

Cornish police have appealed for information after thieves stole diving equipment, including a faulty item of kit, from a shed in Shute Meadow, Penryn. A Dive Rite Tec wing with a broken valve was among items stolen from the private property between 9 November and 15 November.

Other equipment taken included a Northern Diver drysuit, Scubapro regulators and an AP Valves Commando BC. Police have warned that thieves may be putting their own or other divers' lives at risk if the faulty equipment is used for diving.

Falmouth Police has appealed for anyone with information to phone 08452 777444, quoting crime reference GP/07/3130.
