Hey guys,

One of my good friends was talking to me about freediving and I started looking arround and places to go and try it etc. Iv always been fairly good at holding my breath and have started practising. I can hold my breath after really relaxing for arround 2min 40 sec. I know for a normal person this is a bit above average but for free diving any idea what kind of depth i might be able to reach?

Alway been a water person so thought it might be a fun idea to start this sport any advice on where to go in england or if its worth buying gear if i like it? or even basic gear i need to buy to start?

Thanks,
