dont think im spoiled, but for the past 10 years in a row me and my family go to the caribbean for march break. not long after last years break i took up freediving. and now for the firsy time in 10 years im not going to a coral reef . its not fair, ive also developed a passion for photography and wanted to photograp some mayan ruins and ive spent time training for hiking and wanted to go climbing up a mountain in the jungle. i climbed a small one last year and wanted to do it this year. oh cruel fate, why this year of all years

make me jelous: tell us what your doing for the break, or any freediving adventures youll be going on soon. that i wont be going on

For the last 10 years, I don't think I've even seen the sea. I am stuck in London, doing pool training. The closest thing I get to a freediving adventure is holding my breath on the train, or dry statics on the bed.

Going to the Caribbean and climbing mountains is not exactly cruel fate!

aha, your acting like im spoiled. im just saying why didnt i pick up freediving last year when i went, or why didnt we skip some other year. thats why i have trouble fully commiting to freediving at times, because statics in school and in the pool (which i havent gone to in a few months cause nobody will take me) just isnt fullfilling, i want to be one with the ocean, not my desk.

But why ?????
London is not that far from the sea !! How can you survive 10 years without going to the sea ????? did you stay 10 years in London without going out .

I must be further away from the sea than you but still go there every 2 month at least and to chepstow every month ... why don't you join us in Chepstow?

Unfortunately the costs of a trip add up to quite a lot (transport, accommodation, cost of getting qualified) and I can't afford it.

I will try to go to the south coast this year, when it gets a bit warmer. I don't want to go to Chepstow for several reasons, but I might go if I have to get qualified.

Maybe I'll go to somewhere like Plymouth, if anyone is going.

Hey just zoomed out, I see Weymouth! I have actually been there, many moons ago. I didn't know that you could leave the "mainland" from thereabouts.

Last week a author died here..his life is very strange..he complete the collage in first ..he knows 3 languages..talkin' and writin'... he is family also very very rich(1954 years)..when he was 19 decide to enter university..but suddenly his grand father dies..he do not care him or he do not suffer for him. he is not decide to change his life for him he just seing him on a big marbel naked and lying as died .
his gran pa was very rich and has everything... money, ....etc..
he thinks.. this is life..every person will die..noone gets any by himself/herself to hell/aden..he find out all things are sutiped....
but find out nature beauty and most of the sea..he left everything behind him ..starts living in a small village ..hunting fish/es in the sea and selling them to carry his life married 8 times...has many kid/s ..last week died in his big boat at 71 by capturing the electricity . maybe he will live 20 more..looks like very young .it is soul! ..i read a book written by him..it was really strange..he explain of his life he explain of all life ...he says all people are sutiped, going left/right, up/down(in city) ...fighting to earn money money money..
Some time askin' myself... who is right he or we?

For those of you that dream with caribbean places to freedive.

I live in Venezuela and i´m able almost every weekend to go to nice places. Sometimes after 3 hours driving some others driving a lot more. From west to east, the Venezuelan coastline is plenty of great and interesting places to visit. Of course i prefer the coastline of the Aragua state. If you are tidy, clean, don´t smoke, don´t use drogs, don´t drink too much please come to Venezuela and i´ll be delighted to take you to those nice places on weekends. Just contact me to set the things up and we´ll be on our way to freedive, spearfishing and have a good time....
