Hey everyone

I find that whenever my contractions start it becomes harder and harder to keep my glottis closed. The other day for example my contractions started after around 2 minutes, until then I had no problem keeping it closed. I had my mouth open to check if I'm releasing air. Wasn't the case. However, as my contractions start, the pressure builds up and I have to close my mouth, which then becomes the barrier that holds the air back. Any thoughts?

Greetings

Edit: wanted to write "throat issues" in the title, didnt work out lol. Cant seem to find a way to edit it haha
