Just wondering if you guys thought this will help with breatholds and overall freediving etc...My pool workout consists of 10 150yd swims in a total of 30 min with the first 25 yards of each 150 underwater...Simply, swim a 150 with first length underwater every 3 mins for a total of 10 150's.

Thanks

I am sure what you are doing will help but I would bookend it--do underwater swim as the last portion of the 150 in addition... ie 25 UW, 100 surface, 25 UW. Once that becomes easy increase the pace of the surface swim and add distance to the underwater, and/or shorten the interval.
