Hi, I'm still a beginner, and I didn't really know where to post this.
Lately, I'm trying to do some apnea walks - trying to train to withstand my contractions better, especially the first ones I get when moving - in another thread, I ask about this (hard, seemingly unbearable contractions in dynamic freediving: see: https://forums.deeperblue.com/threa...t-the-first-contraction-s.104597/#post-951690 )

Anyway, what I'm experiencing now is that, when I do get past some contractions they don't necessarily soften, but I seem to be able to stand them. But... At some point (5th-6th contraction?) I get this tingling feeling right and left on my head, just above/behind my ears. It only seems skindeep, a pins and needles like feeling. It's not a constant feeling, it only comes with each contraction.

I always quit right there and then. Does anyone have this too?
Should I quit at that point?

Cheers!
Jo
