Hello,

Does anyone know what the advantages and disadvantages are to tinted goggles? I read that they can increase your visibility but I don't really understand that and I have never used any.
Thanks.

I have a tinted mask but have not noticed any improvement in visibility, they're good as I see it to hide your eyes which is what the fish locks on.

no defo untinted your eyes are an early sign of SWB and if your buddy cant act early you like can be on the line weigh that up against the fish seeing the whites of your eyes and blocking the sun a bit i would go untinted all day every day

Just a quick question, would using the lighter on the tinted mask to remove excess silicone, ruin the glass or it will remain tinted. Don't want to mess my new mask :D
